You can book Animal Encounters in advance online or by calling 617-973-5206.
  • How much time do people usually spend at the New England Aquarium?

Most people stay about 1-3 hours at the aquarium. It's recommended to start on the 4th floor and work your way down through the exhibits. Add extra time if you plan on experiencing a whale watching trip, IMAX movie, or behind-the-scenes tour to meet the animals.
